There was a need for swift action as we only had 24 hours in Spain. Within those 24 hours, we managed to view several apartments, negotiate the price with the seller, and visit the notary so that our Danish lawyer could complete the property transaction on our behalf after we returned home. When we decided to put our Penthouse up for sale, we invited several real estate agents to value the selling price. One of the invited real estate agents was "Quist Real Estate" and very quickly we felt we were in good hands.
